Dave Highness

Dave is the Senior Manager of Web Applications. He is a cartographer, GIS analyst, application developer, and computer systems engineer with almost 30 years of experience in the geospatial technology field. He has been a leader in many large GIS and application development projects and built computer systems for private, public and non-profit organizations. Dave has been an integral part of many TPL projects including ParkScore, ParkServe, Conservation Almanac, National Conservation Easement Database, Carbon Map, Urban Drawdown Initiative and many Greenprints and Climate Smart Cities projects. Dave earned his BS in Anthropology from the University of Alaska, and his MA in Geography from the University of Montana.
