Dara Murray
Dara is an experienced program evaluator and a passionate leader in the non-profit sector, having worked with various organizations to improve their outcomes and community impact. She has a talent for synthesizing complex data and presenting it in an accessible way, as well as convening and engaging expertise across divisions. Dara’s approach is participatory and collaborative, prioritizing transparency and learning in evaluation rather than just measuring success. In her free time, Dara loves to play with her nieces, garden, and hike slowly. She previously served as the Director of Research and Impact Analysis at the United Way of Central Maryland and has a Bachelor’s Degree in Behavioral Science from Drew University and a Master’s in Public Policy from Johns Hopkins University.
