James Fearn

James Fearn is retired General Counsel at the Seattle Housing Authority (SHA). Prior to working at SHA he worked, in the Land Use Division of the Seattle City Attorney’s Office, for the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, the Seattle Legal Services Program, the Open Society Institute and was in private practice. Mr. Fearn is currently a member of the Washington Park Arboretum Botanical Garden Committee and was formerly a Seattle Parks Board Commissioner, Board Member of the Mountains to Sound Greenway Trust and member of the Historic Seattle Board of Commissioners. He is a graduate of Antioch College and the University of Chicago Law School.
