Joshua Anderson

Joshua Anderson is a Principal at Madison Marquette, a real estate investment and advisory company. Over his 20+ year career, Josh has helped lead acquisition and asset management programs, raise capital, resolve distressed assets and set capital and business strategy for a wide range of investment companies across the country. After earning a B.A. from Harvard University, Josh began his career in the public sector, including three years in the late 1990s in New York City government, where he served as Senior Advisor to the Commissioner of Parks and Recreation. He subsequently earned an M.B.A. from Stanford University. Josh lives in Seattle with his wife Katherine.
