Kay Johnson

Kay’s professional background is in Human Resources working for large global organizations.  She is the Vice President – People Operations & Employee Experience at Avangrid.  Avangrid is a world leader in renewable energy and working in the energy sector has really influenced her outlook on the environment and how Avangrid supports the communities they serve.  Kay believes that in supporting these communities it’s imperative that parks and safe spaces are accessible for children, their families, and anyone who wants to enjoy the beauty of their local surroundings.  There are many benefits to interacting with nature and everyone should have the privilege to do so.  She supports TPL because in its simplest form their mission is about inclusion and enhancing the quality of life for so many.  Joined 02/2023.
