Rossview Farm

Rossview Farm had been worked by the Ross family for 50 years. When this generation was ready to retire, they needed to decide whether to sell to developers or to find a way to enable their son to take over, and still afford retirement and a fair outcome for their other children. Sale of an easement on the farm enabled the farm to stay viable, the son to take over the business, the public to continue to use it, and the parents to retire and dote on their grandchildren. Rossview has stunning views of the White Mountains and adjoins Sunnycrest, a former TPL project now known as Carter Hill Orchard.
