Dave Mayer

Born and raised in Cleveland, OH, Dave has grown up with a love of the city and region, eventually attending Ohio State and graduating with a degree in Mechanical Engineering.  After graduation, he joined Rockwell Automation where he rotated through a number of roles and locations before eventually moving back to Cleveland full-time in 2015.  After 6 years with the company, he looked to his next challenge and joined McKinsey in a generalist consultant role, and has since been focused on helping companies with technology, product management, and growth strategies.  In his free time, he enjoys cooking, reading, traveling, and being outside as much as the Cleveland weather will allow!
